Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a dedicated nursing team
- Build and maintain a culture of clinical excellence
- Work alongside the leadership team, upholding policies and best practice
- Enhance models of care to improve access, patient experience and health outcomes
- Clinical staff performance reviews and support ongoing staff development
- Champion equity, diversity and culturally safe care
Skills And Experience
- New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current APC
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Primary Care, preferably in a GP practice
- Proven ability to lead, direct and support nurses
- Highly organised with excellent relationship skills
- Clear, calm communicator with a fair and supportive approach
- Experience with PMS software (Medtech 32 or Evolution) and MS Office
- Automatic right to work in New Zealand
