About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a women's health provider, offering cervical screening, HPV vaccinations, pregnancy testing, sexual health checks, and health promotion and community education.
Involved in the day-to-day operations of women's health services, you will be involved in delivering excellent nursing care, and coaching and mentoring new staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe and equitable care.
Reporting to the Clinical Lead, this role supports community outreach and health promotion activities, helping to reduce screening inequities for Māori, Pacific and diverse women.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care, incl. cervical screening, contraception, immunisation and patient education
- Mentor nurses, educators and screening trainees
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Support health promotion events, mobile clinics and outreach programmes
- Strengthen partnerships with Māori, Pacific, and community organisations
- Deliver culturally responsive care aligned with Te Tiriti o Waitangi and equity principle
Skills And Experience
- Registered Nurse with current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Minimum two years of cervical screening experience
- Authorised/qualified vaccinator
- LARC practitioner (desirable)
- Experience in kaupapa Māori and Pacific-led health settings
- Strong understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and health equity principles
