Svatantra is an integrative neuro rehab center based in Bengaluru, specializing in inpatient neuro rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord conditions, and neuro-degenerative disorders. Our in-house multidisciplinary approach includes physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and swallow therapy, psychological counseling, Ayurveda, acupuncture, yoga, naturopathy, and music therapy.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include neuro-physiotherapy, gait training, balance improvement, and strength conditioning. The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, tracking patient progress, and ensuring seamless communication with the patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in neuro-physiotherapy, including gait training, balance enhancement, and strength training techniques
- Strong assessment and diagnosis skills related to neurological and musculoskeletal conditions
- Ability to create and implement tailored treatment plans based on patients’ conditions and goals
- Up-to-date knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and therapies, with a willingness to learn and implement new approaches
- Professional qualifications such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
- Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to enhancing patient outcomes
