Role Overview
We are looking for a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic Doctor who can combine classical Ayurvedic knowledge with a modern, client-centric approach.
Your role is not just consultation—you will be the primary driver of client outcomes, therapy planning, and product prescriptions.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Consultation & Diagnosis
- Conduct detailed Ayurvedic consultations (Prakriti, Vikriti, lifestyle assessment)
- Diagnose lifestyle disorders (gut issues, stress, sleep, metabolic concerns)
- Create personalized treatment and wellness plans
2. Treatment Planning
- Prescribe Ayurvedic therapies (Abhyanga, Udvartana, Swedana, etc.)
- Integrate modern therapies (red light therapy, hydrotherapy, etc.)
- Design structured wellness programs (7-day / 14-day protocols)
3. Product Prescription & Revenue Contribution
- Recommend Ayurvedic formulations, supplements, and wellness kits
- Drive ethical product sales aligned with client needs
- Track adherence and outcomes
4. Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Dietitian (nutrition plans)
- Yoga instructors (movement therapy)
- Therapists (treatment execution)
- Ensure seamless client experience across departments
5. Client Monitoring & Retention
- Track client progress and modify plans accordingly
- Conduct follow-ups and ensure adherence
- Build long-term client relationships
6. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain detailed case records
- Ensure treatment protocols follow Ayurvedic standards
- Support SOP development and clinical protocols
Required Qualifications
- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) – Mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience
- Strong understanding of classical Ayurvedic principles
- Experience in lifestyle disorders / wellness setups preferred
