Job Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited institution, with a specialization in critical care or related fields.
- Current certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Critical Care Nursing from an accredited body.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive nursing experience, with at least 7 years in critical care or ICU settings.
- Proven expertise in advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic reasoning in critically ill patients, leading multidisciplinary teams in high-acuity environments.
