Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced consultant breast radiologist to join our esteemed medical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and diagnosing a range of breast diseases using advanced imaging techniques. Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret breast imaging studies including mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI to detect and evaluate breast diseases.
- Provide accurate diagnostic reports and recommendations to assist in patient management and treatment planning.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary breast care team including surgeons, oncologists, and pathologists.
- Participate in breast cancer screening programs and contribute to early detection efforts.
- Ensure compliance with imaging safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Engage in continuous education, research, and professional development activities related to breast radiology.
- Mentor junior radiology staff and support training initiatives within the radiology department.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization or fellowship in radiology, with focused expertise in breast radiology.
- Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure to practice as a breast radiologist.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in breast imaging and radiology.
- Proficient in advanced breast imaging techniques including mammography, ultrasound, and MRI.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to provide accurate diagnostic assessments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
