Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Sonepat and is tailored for an MD General Physician. The role involves diagnosing and treating a range of medical conditions, monitoring patient health, and ensuring effective treatment plans. The physician will work closely with other specialists, maintain accurate medical records, and provide empathetic and personalized care to patients. The role also includes contributing to health promotion and preventive care initiatives within the hospital’s mission of promoting overall well-being in the community.
Qualifications
- Strong diagnostic, treatment, and patient care skills in general medicine.
- Proficiency in monitoring and managing chronic and acute conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with medical teams and patients.
- Ability to maintain meticulous and accurate medical records.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, empathy towards patients, and adherence to patient safety protocols.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) in General Medicine or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or multi-specialty healthcare setting.
- Capacity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and staying updated with advancements in medical practices.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages of the region are advantageous.
