Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Doctor role located in Kanpur. The Junior Doctor will provide medical support, assist senior medical staff, and ensure high-quality patient care at the fertility center. Responsibilities include carrying out medical examinations, assisting in diagnostic procedures, supporting fertility treatments, maintaining accurate patient records, and coordinating patient care with the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in gynecology, obstetrics, and fertility management
- Proficiency in performing medical examinations and assisting in diagnostic and treatment procedures
- Ability to document and maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Sound knowledge of medical ethics, guidelines, and practices in fertility and reproductive health
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in medical settings
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with relevant specialization or interest in fertility and reproductive health
- Clinical experience in gynecology, obstetrics, or fertility care is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse healthcare team
