Aesthetic Doctor (Full Time) – Clinic & Mobile Services | LumaDoc
LumaDoc is seeking a talented and client-focused Aesthetic Doctor to join our growing and innovative aesthetics service. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional who is dedicated to delivering personalised, high-quality care and is eager to grow within a progressive and supportive environment.
This role combines both in-clinic treatments across our LumaDoc locations and our premium mobile, in-home service, supported by our experienced Doctor’s Assistants.
Role Overview
- 8–10 sessions per week (each session approximately 4 hours)
- A blend of clinic-based work and mobile in-home treatments
- Flexibility required, with evening and weekend availability depending on client demand
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations, including:
- Comprehensive assessments
- Clear discussion of treatment options, benefits, and risks
- Managing expectations and obtaining informed consent
- Develop and deliver bespoke treatment plans tailored to each client
- Perform treatments safely, effectively, and in line with best practice
- Review and evaluate treatment outcomes, ensuring client satisfaction
- Provide post-treatment care and follow-ups (both in-person and digital as required)
- Confidently deliver treatments in both clinic and at-home environments
- Work collaboratively with a Doctor’s Assistant during mobile services
- Educate clients on skincare and long-term treatment plans
- Maintain the highest standards of clinical care, professionalism, and discretion
Requirements
- Registered with the Irish Medical Council or Irish Dental Council
- Garda Vetted prior to commencement
- Hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance
- Relevant experience in aesthetics with recognised training/certifications
Desirable Experience
Experience in the following is highly advantageous:
- Sculptra / Lanluma
- PDO and collagen-stimulating threads
- Advanced dermal fillers
- Fat dissolving treatments
- Skin boosters
However, training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates strong foundational skills, professionalism, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
