Peach Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre operates two busy outpatient rehab locations in Chatham, Ontario. We see approximately 1,700 patients per month across physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, pelvic health, and specialized services. We've built a reputation in this community for taking care of our patients — and our staff.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a physiotherapist who wants more than a job: someone who wants a place to build a long-term career, deepen their clinical skills, and be part of a team that genuinely looks out for each other.

You'll have a full caseload quickly, a mentor in your corner from day one, and real room to grow — clinically and professionally.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We believe in being transparent. Here's exactly what's on the table:
- Annual earnings: $85,000–$125,000 (fee split model — we'll walk you through the math)
- $2,000 signing bonus
- Guaranteed $200/day for your first 4 weeks while your caseload builds

MENTORSHIP & GROWTH

- Weekly 1:1 mentorship meetings tailored to your clinical goals — not a generic checklist
- Monthly team clinical meetings: case review, presentations, and guest speakers
- Hands-on caseload building support from day one

- Growth path into clinical leadership, program development, or business roles if that interests you
YOUR CLINICAL ENVIRONMENT
You'll work in a well-equipped space with the tools to do your best work:
- Pelvic health (including prenatal/postnatal)
- Radial shockwave therapy
- Class IV laser therapy
- Acupuncture & dry needling
- Blood flow restriction training
- Spinal manipulation
- Vestibular rehab & concussion care
- Paediatrics
- Private assessment rooms with electric plinths and a well-equipped gym
- Full admin support: scheduling, billing, laundry — so you can focus on your patients
- 30-minute follow-up appointments, 60-minute assessments, PTA support
