Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician with over 5 years of experience to support laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with lab equipment, testing procedures, and quality standards, along with a strong commitment to accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses as per standard procedures
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Record, analyze, and interpret test results accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Maintain proper documentation and lab records
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues
- Coordinate with team members and report findings to supervisors
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant lab experience
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment handling
- Familiarity with safety guidelines and quality control procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in diagnostic labs, hospitals, or research facilities
- Knowledge of NABL/ISO standards (if applicable)
- Certification in relevant laboratory practices
