🔹 Role Overview
As a Program Manager, you will lead and manage wellness programs designed for corporates, communities, and individual clients, integrating clinical expertise with lifestyle-based interventions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement preventive and integrative wellness programs
- Work closely with clients to drive health outcomes and engagement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nutritionists, therapists, fitness experts)
- Monitor program effectiveness and continuously optimize outcomes
- Provide clinical insights aligned with functional and lifestyle medicine
🔹 Who We’re Looking For
- MBBS with an interest or certification in Functional Medicine
- Strong foundation in clinical practice + lifestyle interventions
- Passion for holistic, root-cause-based healthcare
- Excellent communication and program management skills
- Ability to work with diverse client groups (corporates & individuals)
