Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Resident Doctor based in Meerut. The Resident Doctor will be responsible for examining patients, diagnosing illnesses, and formulating treatment plans in alignment with the holistic approaches of the center. Duties will include monitoring patient progress, collaborating with homeopaths and alternative health practitioners, assisting with treatment adjustments, and providing lifestyle and health counseling to promote overall wellness. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring adherence to the center's standards of care.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Experience or knowledge of homeopathic care, naturopathy, and alternative medicine practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction and counseling
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Exceptional organizational skills for maintaining detailed and accurate medical records
- Compassionate approach and commitment to patient-centered care
- Medical degree (MBBS) and necessary certification recognized in India
- Previous experience in holistic or integrative medicine settings is a plus
