Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to students and staff, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for acute and chronic health conditions.
- Conduct regular health screenings, immunizations, and wellness check-ups on campus.
- Manage and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with privacy and data protection standards.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with external healthcare providers and emergency services when needed.
Requirements
- MBBS degree with a valid license to practice medicine in India.
- Minimum 2–5 years of clinical experience in primary care, preferably in a community, institutional, or campus health setting.
- Experience in managing common health issues among young adults, including mental health concerns, reproductive health, and chronic disease management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with students and staff.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital documentation.
