- Identifies irregular dialysis reactions and notifies appropriate medical teammembers.
- Secures bloodworks.
- Teaches patients and significant others how to manage their illness, by explaining: post-treatment home care needs, diet/nutrition/exercise programs, self-administration of medications, ifneeded.
- Maintains medicalinventory.
- Provides pre and post procedure care topatients.
- Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignmentsetting.
- Conducting home visit assessment for home hemodialysisadmission.
- Following Nephrologistorders.
- Conducting assessment of a patient whenindicated
- Recommending changes in the treatment based on the current needs ofpatient
- FacilitatingCommunicationbetweenthepatientandfamilyononesideandthetrainingteamontheother.
- Cooperate with and provide oversight and directions to the dialysistechnicians.
- Participating in continuous quality improvementactivities.

7. QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
PREFERRED
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursingfrom an accredited school of nursing in homecountry.
- Active Basic Life Support Training- Certified
- Critical carequalification
- Hemodialysis (Adult & Pedia) and General.
- BLS ( for adultpatients)
Experience
- 2 to 6 years working experience as HemodialysisRN
Certification and Licensure
- Current valid registration in countryof training and/or country of last employment ( LocalLicense-PRC)
- DOH-HAAD (Health Authority Abu Dhabi-UAE)Licensed
- Eligible for DHA / MOHlicensing
