Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamkhed for a Resident Doctor. The Resident Doctor will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patient progress, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and performing medical procedures under the supervision of senior medical staff. Additional responsibilities include maintaining thorough patient records, collaborating with medical teams, and supporting clinical research or administrative duties as needed. The role requires excellent patient communication and a commitment to upholding the hospital's standards for treatment and care.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, medical procedures, and patient care management
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate medical records and reports
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary medical teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities in high-pressure situations
- Completion of a recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and relevant residency program
- Valid medical license to practice
- Experience in emergency or specialized medical care is an advantage
