Venture Healthcare is actively recruiting Registered Nurses to deliver backup relief nursing services to the First Nations Health Communities in Northern BC.
Job Summary
Registered Nurses provide relief outpost nursing services under FNHA BC’s scope of practice to remote, isolated communities and have the knowledge, skills and professional judgment related to health education, health promotion, prevention, treatment and rehabilitative services. Nursing services may be provided as part of a multi-disciplinary team, or on an individual basis.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Registration in good standing with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) or eligibility to register
- 1–2 years of recent experience working independently in an extended scope of practice in remote settings, or in an emergency department
- Current certification in CPR Level HCP & ACLS, PALS and TNCC/ITLS are preferred
- BN Degree or RN Diploma
