We are looking for dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join premier nursing homes in Kerry & across Ireland.

The Role:
As ADON, you will be the backbone of day-to-day operations. Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you’ll lead a dedicated team, oversee strategic clinical governance, and ensure the highest HIQA standards are met.
What You’ll Bring:
- Registration: Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the NMBI.
- Experience: 3+ years post-registration experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to Care of the Older Person.
- Expertise: Essential post-reg qualifications in Dementia Care and Management.
- Passion: A drive for staff development and person-centred care planning.
