Role Description
Blue Dental is seeking an experienced Senior General Dentist for a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. The Senior General Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of dental conditions, creating personalized treatment plans, performing dental procedures such as extractions, restorations, and root canals, and providing preventive dental care and patient education. Additionally, the Senior General Dentist will collaborate with specialists in various fields, ensure strict adherence to sterilization protocols, and maintain transparency and professionalism in patient interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnostic and treatment planning, as well as performing general dental procedures, including extractions, restorations, and root canals.
- Skills in patient communication, education, and ensuring patient comfort during treatments.
- Adherence to strict sterilization protocols and compliance with ADA and OSHA standards.
- Experience collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of dental specialists.
- Dentistry degree (BDS/MDS) and licensure to practice dentistry in India or ability to obtain the required license.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry; experience in a hospital or multi-specialty setting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, compassion, and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Effective time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
