Bellefleur Physiotherapy is seeking an experienced Registered Physiotherapist to serve as Clinic Director for our Beechwood clinic in central Ottawa.
This role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership responsibilities, including mentorship, team development, clinic operations, and maintaining a high standard of client care.

What this role looks like
The Clinic Director will divide their time between clinical care and leadership responsibilities while working closely with ownership, clinic administration, and the leadership team.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality physiotherapy care
- Mentoring and supporting clinical staff
- Participating in hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Supporting clinic performance and operational goals
- Maintaining consistency in client experience and clinical standards
- Creating a collaborative, accountable, and positive clinic culture
This is a leadership role with meaningful involvement in clinic direction and development.

Who we’re looking for
Required:
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (mix of clinical and leadership duties)
- Confident, approachable, and comfortable having difficult conversations
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Assets:
- Experience in TMJ, vestibular/concussion, pelvic health, running injuries, pediatrics, geriatrics, oncology, acupuncture, or dry needling
- French language skills are considered an asset
- Understanding of physiotherapy metrics and key performance indicators
