Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated DMLT Technician to perform laboratory tests, collect samples, maintain lab equipment, and support doctors in accurate diagnosis and patient care.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect blood and other samples from patients.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and investigations.
- Handle and maintain laboratory equipment properly.
- Prepare and label specimens accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory.
- Record and update patient test reports.
- Assist doctors with diagnostic procedures.
- Follow NABL and infection control protocols.
- Ensure timely delivery of test results.
- Maintain stock of lab consumables and reagents.
Required Skills:
- Blood collection & phlebotomy skills
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and patient handling
Qualification:
- DMLT / BMLT qualification required
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
