About The Role

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Patient Care: Monitor and manage critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring they receive continuous, high-quality care.
- Emergency Response: Act quickly in emergency or emergency-like situations (including Code Blue) to stabilize patients.
- Team Collaboration: Assist Senior Consultants and Intensivists with critical procedures and treatment plans.
- Daily Operations: Oversee regular patient check-ups, track vital signs, and administer medications/IV fluids.
- Smooth Handovers: Coordinate with the nursing team and ensure clear documentation during shift changes.
- Family Support: Update family members and attendants about the patient’s condition with empathy and clarity.
Who We Are Looking For (Eligibility)
- Education: MBBS, BAMS, or BHMS degrees are all welcome.
- Training: Prior ICU Training is mandatory for this role.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience working in an ICU, Critical Care, or Emergency setup.
- Registration: Valid registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) or respective councils is preferred.
- Skills: Ability to handle patient monitoring systems, basic airway management, and stay calm under pressure.
