Registered Nurse - Miya Site
Job Summary
The Site Nurse is responsible for providing primary medical care, first aid support, and health monitoring for employees at the project/site location. The role ensures compliance with occupational health and safety standards, maintains medical records, and supports employee wellbeing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and basic medical treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate ambulance or hospital transfers when required.
- Maintain and update employees’ medical records and treatment logs.
- Monitor employees’ health conditions and fitness for duty.
- Conduct regular medical checks and health awareness sessions.
- Ensure availability and proper management of medicines and first aid supplies.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and insurance providers when necessary.
- Support occupational health and safety compliance on site.
- Prepare incident and medical reports accurately and timely.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee medical information.
- Participate in emergency response drills and safety activities.
- Educate employees on hygiene, health, and preventive care practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license/certification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site, industrial, or occupational health nursing preferred.
- Experience in construction or industrial sites is an advantage.
