Doctor Outreach Executive

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and proactive Doctor Outreach Executive to join our team at a leading mental healthcare and rehabilitation organization.
The role involves building strong relationships with psychiatrists, psychologists, physicians, hospitals, and healthcare professionals, while representing our services with professionalism and credibility.
The candidate will also support outreach coordination, follow-ups, partnership tracking, and basic data management. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and fluency in Hindi and English are essential.
Key Responsibilities
● Introduce Ganaa’s services and referral process to doctors
● Onboard new and engage existing referring doctors
● Expand network across Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Neurologists, Gastroenterologists, and Physicians
● Organize doctor engagement and networking events
Requirements
● Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
● Experience in healthcare would be preferred
● Strong networking and relationship-building skills
● Excellent communication skills
● Ability to work independently and meet targets
KPIs
● Number of qualified leads generated
● Lead-to-admission conversion rate
● New referring specialists onboarded (Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Gastroenterologists, etc.)
