Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MBBS Doctor role based in Nateran. The MBBS Doctor will provide primary and preventive healthcare services, including patient consultations, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for common acute and chronic conditions. The role includes performing routine clinical examinations, prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting basic investigations, and maintaining accurate medical records. The doctor will counsel patients and families on disease prevention, health promotion, and treatment adherence. The role also involves coordinating with nursing and support staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards, and participating in health camps or outreach activities as needed.
Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college with valid registration from the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
- Proven clinical competence in primary care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of common medical conditions.
- Strong skills in patient examination, clinical decision-making, and use of standard treatment guidelines.
- Ability to maintain clear, accurate medical documentation and comply with clinical protocols and ethical standards.
- Effective communication and counseling skills to engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Nateran and serve a diverse community population.
- Experience in rural or semi-urban healthcare settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in using electronic medical records and comfort with learning new healthcare technologies.
