Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses (GNM / B.Sc Nursing) to provide high-quality patient care and support healthcare teams in delivering effective medical services. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and record patients' health conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to medical staff.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and healthcare practices.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care and recovery.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of medical equipment and nursing stations.
- Support patient comfort and promote a positive healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate (Mandatory).
- Registration with the appropriate Nursing Council.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
