🔹 Pharmacist: ₹21,000 CTC/Month
🔹 Senior Pharmacist: ₹25,000 CTC/Month
🔹 ATL (Assistant Team Lead): ₹32,000 CTC/Month

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Dispense medications accurately as per prescriptions
✔️ Verify dosages, drug interactions, and prescription details
✔️ Counsel patients on medication usage and possible side effects
✔️ Manage pharmacy inventory, stock levels, and expiry tracking
✔️ Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards
✔️ Maintain accurate records and documentation
✔️ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Pharmacist • D.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Valid Pharmacy Registration
Senior Pharmacist • D.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Minimum 2+ years of pharmacy experience
• Strong knowledge of dispensing and inventory management
ATL (Assistant Team Lead) • B.Pharm / M.Pharm Preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience with team handling exposure
• Ability to manage operations, inventory, and staff performance
