Namaskaram!
DNXG is looking for a Clinical Specialist to join our team at Thane (Maharashtra – India).
We're seeking a clinician at heart and a builder by instinct — someone who understands the realities of Indian healthcare, can bridge the language of medicine and the language of technology, and takes pride in shaping AI that clinicians actually trust and use. This role calls for someone with strong clinical grounding, sharp product instincts, and the ability to move comfortably between the product team in Thane and clinicians on the ground in hospitals across India.
At DNXG, we're building OJAS — a clinical AI platform bringing world-class diagnostic intelligence to Indian healthcare settings across dermatology, lung, breast, maternal health, and infectious disease. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be the clinical voice inside our product and the clinical face in front of our hospital partners — ensuring our models are clinically sound, our workflows are physician-friendly, and our deployments deliver real impact at the point of care.
We're also proud long-standing partners of Google and AIIMS, working together to bring world-class health-tech to India. And we're proud to share that Lenskart is now our strategic investor, a milestone that reflects the purpose, potential, and impact of what we're building together. Join us as we co-create the future of conscious technology.
Who are we looking for:
- A qualified clinician (MBBS, with MD/DNB preferred) with a genuine interest in technology, AI, and digital health.
- Someone who has worked in hospital, diagnostic, or primary care settings and understands real clinical workflows — not just textbook protocols.
- A professional comfortable engaging with AI/ML products — able to evaluate model outputs critically, identify clinical edge cases, and articulate where AI helps and where it fails.
- A strong communicator who can train doctors, demo OJAS confidently, and represent DNXG in hospitals, partner meetings, and conferences.
- Detail-oriented and rigorous — comfortable with clinical guidelines (ICD-10/11, FHIR, DICOM) and aware of regulatory frameworks (CDSCO SaMD, DPDP).
- Proactive and field-ready — willing to travel to hospitals, diagnostic centres, and deployment sites across India.
Top 3 Daily Tasks:
- Partner with the product and AI/ML teams to review OJAS workflows and model outputs — flagging clinical accuracy, safety, and usability gaps that affect physician decision-making.
- Engage directly with clinicians and hospital partners — conducting clinical interviews, gathering structured feedback, and supporting OJAS deployments, demos, and trainings on the ground.
- Translate field insights into clear, actionable input for the product team — closing the loop between what clinicians need and what we build.
Minimum Work Experience Required:
- MBBS qualification (MD/DNB preferred) from a recognised institution.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a digital health, health-tech, or clinical product setting.
Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:
- Strong clinical reasoning and grounding in evidence-based medicine.
- Working understanding of clinical AI, model evaluation, and digital diagnostic workflows.
- Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations — ICD-10/11, FHIR, DICOM, ABDM, CDSCO SaMD, DPDP.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate fluently between clinical, technical, and product teams, and to train and engage clinicians with confidence.
- Comfort with field deployments, clinician onboarding, and stakeholder engagement at hospitals and diagnostic centres.
What Would You Be Expected to Do:
- Serve as the clinical voice within the product and AI team — defining clinical requirements, reviewing model outputs, and shaping OJAS workflows so they fit how clinicians actually work.
- Lead OJAS deployments at hospitals and diagnostic centres — onboarding clinicians, running trainings, and supporting go-lives so adoption sticks.
- Gather structured clinical feedback from the field and feed it back into the product and model improvement cycles.
- Represent DNXG in clinical settings — at hospitals, partner meetings, conferences, and with institutional stakeholders.
- Build and maintain clinical content — clinician-facing training materials, workflow guides, demo collateral, and model documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Product, AI/ML, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to ensure clinical rigour across everything we ship.
