Role Description This full-time remote Healthcare Specialist role at GROUPEMENT DES CONCESSIONNAIRES CITROËN et DS AUTOMOBILES FRANCE focuses on supporting the health and well-being of employees and customers across the network. The Healthcare Specialist will provide guidance on medical concerns, coordinate responses to health-related incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to promote safety and compliance with relevant health standards. Daily activities include assessing health inquiries, documenting cases, supporting health awareness initiatives, and advising on best practices for emergency response and workplace healthcare procedures. The role also involves partnering with training and HR teams to develop and deliver health-related training, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Healthcare and Medicine expertise, including a solid understanding of clinical principles and healthcare practices.
- EMT background or equivalent emergency medical training, with the ability to respond to and advise on urgent health situations.
- Strong Communication skills to explain medical information clearly to non-medical audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Training, particularly in designing and delivering health, safety, and emergency response programs.
- Relevant certification or degree in healthcare, nursing, emergency medical services, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage confidential information responsibly, and prioritize multiple health-related requests.
- Familiarity with occupational health, workplace safety standards, and basic regulatory requirements is highly beneficial.
