Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Nurse at Shivaay Hospital, located in Vadodara. Primary responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, assisting in medical procedures, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team. Additional tasks include documenting medical records accurately, providing critical pre- and post-procedure support, educating patients and their families, and maintaining hygiene and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Patient Care, Monitoring, and Administration of Medications
- Knowledge of Hygiene Practices, Emergency Response, and Infection Control
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for Patient and Family Communication
- Ability to Document Patient Records Accurately and Follow Protocols
- Nursing degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma) from an accredited institute
- Valid nursing license from a recognized authority
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
