Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Hyderabad. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and documenting care in accordance with clinical protocols. The role involves coordinating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, implementing care plans, and educating patients and families on treatment, recovery, and preventive health practices. The nurse will support admission and discharge processes, maintain infection control standards, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and regulatory guidelines. The position also includes participating in shift handovers, emergency response, and ongoing quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license with the appropriate nursing council and completion of an accredited nursing program (B.Sc Nursing, GNM, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and basic life support; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is an advantage.
- Experience working in hospital settings such as medical-surgical, emergency, ICU, or maternity units is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and use electronic health record systems or hospital information systems.
- Knowledge of infection prevention, patient safety standards, and hospital protocols, with a commitment to ethical and respectful care.
- Capacity to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to manage a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning, participation in training programs, and openness to new clinical practices and technologies.
