We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team and help patients improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for patients in home care and community settings.
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Educate patients and family members on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programs as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid DHA, MOH, or DOH License/Eligibility Letter.
- Experience in home healthcare, rehabilitation, geriatrics, neurology, or musculoskeletal care is an advantage.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage patient caseloads effectively.
