Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Doctor located at JSM Multispeciality Hospital in Raigarh. The Resident Doctor will manage patient care, perform clinical examinations, assist in diagnostic procedures, and provide medical treatment under the supervision of senior physicians. The role also involves participation in medical rounds, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols and safety standards.

- Knowledge of medical procedures, diagnostics, and emergency protocols.

- Organizational skills for maintaining detailed and accurate medical records.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD), Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Current medical licensing and registration as required by local regulations.
- Work experience in a hospital setting or clinical practice is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
