Key responsibilities
- Interpret and report diagnostic imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and other radiological examinations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide expert diagnostic insights that influence patient care plans.
- Adhere to established imaging protocols, safety guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of imaging findings and patient records.
- Participate in departmental meetings, clinical audits, and continuing medical education activities.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior radiology staff as required.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in radiology.
- Valid medical license to practice radiology in the UAE or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience as a radiologist in a reputable healthcare facility.
- Proficient in interpreting various imaging modalities with strong diagnostic accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
