Candidate Profile
Essential
- Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Must have a minimum of four years post registration experience in Theatres
Desirable
- Postgraduate qualification or relevant educational course.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and providing the highest standard of care.
- Strong clinical and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing clinical needs in a fast-paced environment.
