Role Overview
We are looking for compassionate, customer-centric MBBS Doctors to provide audio and video consultations to Traya customers. The doctor will assess customer concerns, review medical history, explain treatment protocols, answer health-related queries, and guide customers throughout their hair health journ
ey.The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust in a virtual consultation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Consultation & Medical Assessment
- Conduct video consultations with customers.
- Review customer health questionnaires, medical history, lifestyle factors, and diagnostic reports.
- Assess suitability of treatment plans based on customer profiles.
- Identify contraindications, red flags, or cases requiring escalation.
- Educate customers about the causes of hair loss and treatment expectations.
Treatment Guidance
- Explain Traya's personalized treatment recommendations.
- Address customer concerns regarding medications, side effects, treatment timelines, and outcomes.
- Ensure customers understand dosage instructions and compliance requirements.
- Support customers in making informed healthcare decisions.
Clinical Documentation
- Maintain accurate consultation notes and customer records.
- Ensure proper documentation of recommendations and follow-up actions.
- Adhere to telemedicine and medical documentation standrds.
Customer Experience
- Build rapport and trust with customers during consultations.
- Deliver empathetic and patient-centric interactions.
- Handle customer objections and concerns professionally.
- Improve treatment adherence through effective counseling and education.
Compliance & Quality
- Follow telemedicine guidelines and applicable medical regulations.
- Ensure consultations are conducted ethically and responsibly.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data privacy standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid Medical Council Registration.
- 1–5 years of clinical experience (telemedicine experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of general medicine and patient counseling.
- Comfortable using teleconsultation platforms and digital tools.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Strong customer handling and counseling abilities.
- Empathetic, patient-focused approach.
- Ability to explain medical concepts in simple, non-technical language.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced health-tech environment.
Working Hours & Schedule
- This is a full-time role operating on a roster-based schedule.
- Doctors will work in rotational shifts based on business and customer consultation requirements.
- The role includes one rotational weekly off as per the roster.
- Candidates should be comfortable working across different shift timings, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Shift schedules will be communicated in advance to ensure operational continuity and customer support coverage.
