DOC Medical Center is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse responsible for supporting dermatologists in delivering safe, high-quality dermatology and aesthetic services. The role involves assisting with clinical procedures, ensuring patient safety, maintaining infection control standards, and providing exceptional patient care and education.
Qualification & Experience
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Valid Nursing License / Eligibility for Ministry of Public Health (DHP preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Dermatology, Aesthetic, Cosmetic, or Plastic Surgery settings.
Strong knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic procedures, laser safety, and infection control practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist dermatologists during consultations and dermatology/aesthetic procedures.
Prepare patients, treatment rooms, and equipment for procedures.
Support procedures including laser treatments, PRP, chemical peels, skin care treatments, dressings, biopsies, Botox/filler assistance, and minor dermatology procedures.
Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
Maintain accurate documentation, informed consent, and treatment records.
Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and patient safety standards.
Monitor dermatology consumables and equipment readiness.
Coordinate patient flow with clinical and reception teams.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
