Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced DHA Licensed Physiotherapist to join our growing home healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized physiotherapy treatment programs for patients in their homes, helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, improve functional independence, and achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy treatments in home care settings.
- Manage patients with neurological, orthopedic, musculoskeletal, geriatric, and post-surgical conditions.
- Provide rehabilitation programs for stroke recovery, mobility enhancement, and chronic condition management.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Educate patients and family members on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinical standards, and company policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as Physiotherapist.
- Minimum 2 -3 years of clinical physiotherapy experience.
- Home healthcare experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based physiotherapy practices.
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits.
