We are looking for a dynamic, competent, and highly professional Hospital Pharmacist (M/F) to join the Pharmacy Division Management at UIR Hospital. He/She will ensure the overall management of the medication circuit, including procurement, dispensing, prescription control, and safety of high-risk medications. He/She will also guarantee the quality of care by supervising cytotoxic preparations, the sterilization process, and the traceability of medical products and devices.
Your main responsibilities will focus on the following areas:
General Pharmaceutical Management
Ensure the procurement, storage, dispensing, and control of pharmaceutical products
Validate medical prescriptions and promote the correct use of medication
Get the high-risk medications and ensure the traceability of narcotics
Supervise inventories and allocations to different departments
Cytotoxic Preparation
Analyze and validate chemotherapy prescriptions
Supervise the preparation and quality control of cytotoxic medications
Ensure complete traceability of the circuit and management of specific risks
Ensure pharmacovigilance related to anti-cancer drugs
Sterilization
Organize and control the entire sterilization circuit
Implement procedures in compliance with Good Sterilization Practices
Ensure process validation and traceability of instrumentation
Train and evaluate service personnel
Quality and Vigilance
Contribute to pharmacovigilance and medical device vigilance
Analyze adverse events and lead corrective actions
Maintain continuous scientific and regulatory watch
Required profile :
- Doctorate in Pharmacy
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital pharmacy and cytotoxic preparations
