Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Nurse position based on-site at NIMS Hospital in Tamluk. The Senior Nurse will oversee patient care, mentor junior nursing staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, maintaining medical records, and collaborating with physicians to deliver comprehensive care. The role also involves guiding and supporting nursing teams to ensure quality and safety in all aspects of patient services.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of patient care practices, including assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to support and guide nursing teams.
- Experience in maintaining accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in managing medical equipment and administering patient therapies or medications.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and safety protocols.
- Current nursing license and a minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in specialized areas are a plus.
