Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physiotherapy services in patients' homes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel to other Emirates as required to provide services.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
- Minimum 2 years of experience (home healthcare experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage patient schedules effectively.
