Qualification:
* MBBS + MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies.
* Provide immediate stabilization and life-saving interventions for critically ill or injured patients.
* Perform emergency procedures, including intubation, CPR, trauma management, and advanced resuscitation.
* Coordinate with specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
* Monitor patients in the Emergency Department and determine appropriate admission, discharge, or transfer plans.
* Respond effectively to emergency and critical care situations.
* Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
* Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, emergency preparedness programs, and clinical audits.
