About the Role:
A leading, knowledge-intensive high-tech company in the southern region is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage Employee Health & Wellness.
This unique role balances light clinical responsibilities with extensive community engagement, cross-functional collaboration, administrative management, and direct interaction with both employees and management.
No shift work required!
- Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00.
- Training: The company provides fully paid, comprehensive training from day one!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage occupational health and employee wellness programs.
- Serve as the main focal point for health-related interfaces, collaborating with employees and various management levels.
- Handle medical administration and clinical documentation.
- Foster community relations and internal health awareness initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education & Certification: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) and a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license – Mandatory.
- Languages: High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) – Mandatory.
- Tech Skills: Excellent command of computer applications and information systems – Mandatory.
- Experience: Prior experience in Public Health / Occupational Medicine / IDF Medical Corps – A highly significant advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong service orientation, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive and managerial levels.
