Clinical Nurse Educator – Infection Control

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Infection Control Nurse / Clinical Nurse Educator to support infection prevention initiatives across hospitals through clinical education, product training, and on-ground support.
Key Responsibilities
Drive infection prevention and infection control practices in hospitals.Conduct clinical training, product demonstrations, and educational sessions for healthcare professionals.Provide clinical support for infection prevention solutions, wound care, surgical consumables, and disinfectants.Support OT teams while ensuring compliance with sterilization, aseptic techniques, and infection control protocols.Coordinate with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital stakeholders to improve product adoption and clinical outcomes.
Candidate Profile
B.Sc. Nursing.3–10+ years of experience in Infection Control, Clinical Education, or Operation Theatre.Strong knowledge of infection prevention protocols, sterilization, and hospital hygiene practices.Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel for hospital visits and training programs.
