Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Anesthesia Doctor role based in Shahpura. The Anesthesia Doctor will assess patients before surgery, review medical histories, and develop appropriate anesthesia plans. The role involves administering anesthesia, monitoring vital signs during procedures, and adjusting medications to ensure patient safety and comfort. The doctor will manage pain control pre- and post-operatively, respond to any anesthesia-related complications, and collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other clinical staff. The Anesthesia Doctor will also maintain accurate medical records, follow hospital protocols, and comply with all relevant clinical and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Relevant medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Anesthesiology (MD/DNB or equivalent), along with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in administering anesthesia for a range of surgical procedures and managing perioperative patient care.
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, patient monitoring, and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, with clear communication and sound clinical judgment.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and adherence to hospital policies and national clinical guidelines.
- Willingness to work in Shahpura in an on-site setting and participate in duty rotations, including on-call responsibilities as required.
- Experience in a hospital or surgical center setting is preferred; familiarity with quality and infection-control standards is an advantage.
