Role Description This is a full-time Physical Therapist role based in Tirur, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility as appropriate to patient needs and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Knowledge of Medicine and clinical procedures relevant to multidisciplinary patient management.
- Demonstrated skills in Patient Care, including assessment, communication, and empathetic support across diverse populations.
- Experience or aptitude in Home Care, including instruction of home exercise programs and follow-up for ongoing rehabilitation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid registration or license to practice as a Physical Therapist, in line with local regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and use digital tools for documentation and communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills, commitment to ethical and inclusive care, and willingness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
