Responsibilities:

- Proven experience in senior leadership or executive management, ideally as Managing Director, CEO, or similar role.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills, with the ability to set and execute long-term growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent people leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the organization to partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience managing operations and processes to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Ability to work on-site in Zanzibar City and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy Leadership, Finance, Commerce, Corporate Investment or any related field.
- Must be an expatriate with proven work experience working in regional or international markets and familiarity with local business environments in Africa for not less than 15 years.
