About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic BDS Fresher to join our team as a Junior Dental Associate. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience while also developing skills in patient communication, dental education, marketing, and practice management.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
- Assist senior dentists in clinical procedures.
- Diagnose and manage basic dental cases under supervision.
- Perform routine dental treatments as per experience and guidance.
- Maintain patient records and follow infection control protocols.
- Ensure excellent patient care and communication.
Non-Clinical Responsibilities
- Call BDS graduates and dentists to explain and promote MDC Academy's General Dentistry Course.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Call patients for appointments and treatment follow-ups.
- Manage WhatsApp communication and lead tracking.
- Assist with social media content creation, reels, and basic digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate dental camps, workshops, and promotional events.
Eligibility
- BDS (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident in speaking with patients and dentists over phone.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and Canva is preferred.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
