Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Dermatologist. The Dermatologist will provide virtual consultations, evaluate patient histories, perform dermatologic assessments, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for a range of skin, hair, and nail conditions. Daily responsibilities include reviewing diagnostic tests and images, prescribing medications and therapies, offering follow-up care, and maintaining accurate, secure electronic medical records. The role also involves educating patients on skin health, preventive care, and treatment adherence, collaborating with other healthcare professionals when needed, and staying current with dermatology guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications
- Medical qualifications: Possess an MD or equivalent degree with specialization in Dermatology, along with valid medical licensure as required by local regulations.
- Clinical expertise: Strong knowledge of medical and cosmetic dermatology, including diagnosis and management of common and complex skin conditions.
- Technical and remote-care skills: Ability to work effectively in a telehealth environment, including proficiency with electronic medical records and secure digital communication tools.
- Communication and patient-centered care: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to respectful, inclusive, and empathetic patient interactions.
