Role Description The Junior Physiotherapist will support the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services, including assessment, treatment, and follow-up for patients with orthopaedic, sports, spine, and other rehabilitation needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting basic physical assessments, assisting in manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, guiding patients through prescribed rehabilitation programs, and documenting treatment plans and progress notes accurately. The role involves working closely with senior physiotherapists to implement evidence-based protocols, educating patients on posture, injury prevention, and home exercise plans, and maintaining a safe, hygienic, and professional clinical environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Moradabad, requiring direct interaction with patients and coordination with the wider clinical team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Physiotherapy; registration with appropriate professional body.
- Foundational clinical skills in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic assessment, basic neuro and sports injury rehab, and therapeutic exercise prescription.
- Exposure to or interest in manual therapy and advanced techniques such as dry needling, cupping, kinesiology taping, myofascial release, and IASTM.
- Ability to create and follow structured treatment plans, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and monitor patient progress over time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain procedures, motivate patients, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and adherence to ethical and professional standards in patient care.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Moradabad, with good time management, reliability, and a patient-centric mindset.
